We insulate Oklahoma City attics

Attics sealed. Bills cut. Measured, not guessed.

02 What we install

Six ways to stop the heat

Attic, walls, crawlspace, ductwork. R-value is only worth as much as the air sealing behind it.

01

Blown-In Attic Insulation

Blown fiberglass or cellulose topped out to R-49. Baffles at the eaves, dams around the can lights, depth marked and verified before we leave.

From $1.75 / sq ft
02

Open-Cell Spray Foam

Roof deck and wall cavities. Fills every gap, stops air movement, and brings the attic inside the conditioned envelope where your ductwork already lives.

From $2.10 / sq ft
03

Closed-Cell Spray Foam

Higher R per inch and a vapour barrier in one pass. Metal buildings, crawlspaces, rim joists and any cavity too tight to do twice.

From $3.40 / sq ft
04

Air Sealing & Duct Sealing

Top plates, penetrations, wiring chases and duct boots foamed and mastic-sealed. This is where most of the loss actually is, and almost nobody prices it.

From $850
05

Old Insulation Removal

Vacuumed out to bare joists, rodent contamination bagged and hauled, the deck sanitized before anything new goes down on top of it.

From $1.90 / sq ft
06

Crawlspace, Rim Joist & Metal Buildings

Encapsulation, rim joist foam and shop buildings. A metal shop sweats all summer until it's closed-cell, and then it stops.

05 Why Thermaline

You can see the work

Insulation is the one trade where the finished product is invisible. Unless somebody brings a camera.

01

Scanned before and after

Same camera, same conditions, same wall. The comparison goes in your file, free.

02

Measured, not eyeballed

Depth-verified R-value and measured square footage on the quote. What we bill is what went in.

03

Air sealed first

Foam and caulk before insulation. Insulation over an unsealed gap is a rug over a hole.

04

Clean exit

Drop cloths from the hatch to the front door, and the old material leaves in bags, not on your stairs.

06 Who's up in your attic

One rig, one crew, one number to call.

Thermaline started in 2014 with a used trailer-mounted rig and a thermal camera bought on a credit card. The camera turned out to be the important half. Once a homeowner sees the yellow band running the length of their top plate, nobody needs a sales pitch.

We're a small crew out of Yukon working the whole metro. The same two people scan your attic, spray it, and come back to scan it again. Nothing is subbed out, and nobody gets sold a product their house doesn't need.

Start with the camera

Free thermal scan of your attic and exterior walls, no obligation. We'll show you the images on the spot, tell you what's leaking, and what it costs to stop it.

08 Contact

Summer's coming. It always does.

Call, text, or send a note. The best time to scan an attic is a hot afternoon — that's when the picture is loudest.
